Video GP consultations at Launceston Medical Centre

Patients of Launceston Medical Centre can now see an NHS GP by video using Livi. Get medical advice, prescriptions and referrals on the same day – even on weekday evenings and at weekends.  The service is provided by the Practice.

A video consultation lets you contact your GP and get medical advice without having to visit the surgery. During your video consultation, you’ll be able to tell your GP about your medical or health issue online. Find out how to book a video medical consultation with your GP.

Livi GPs are all GMC registered NHS GPs, who (with your consent) will be able to access your medical records and give you a considered, in-depth diagnosis based on your medical history.

Book a video consultation

You can book a video consultation with your GP by using the Livi app. If your GP feels that it would be best for you to come to the Practice, then they will arrange a face-to-face appointment for you.

Change or cancel a video consultation

Please let us know if you can no longer make your video consultation so we can help other patients. You can use the Livi app to change or cancel your video consultation.
