Dispensing Team

Our Dispensing Team process all of the prescription requests received by the practice and will liaise with your Doctor or one of our Clinical Pharmacists if there are any queries.

Our Dispensing Team also dispense acute and repeat prescriptions for all our dispensing patients.  These are patients who live more than a mile from a community Pharmacy.

Patient Advisors / Reception

Patient Advisors provide an important link for patients with the practice and are your initial contact point for general enquiries. They can provide basic information on services and results and direct you to the right person depending on your health issue or query. Patient advisors make most of the patient appointments with our clinicians and Nurses.

Our administration team supports the clinical and extended team in meeting the needs of our patients. The team deals with appointments, registrations, medical record management, processing medical reports, processing referrals, to name only a few of their varied tasks.
