How to order repeat prescriptions
There are a number of different ways that you can request your repeat medication:
- Via your NHS Account /NHS App – these can be accessed on PC, Laptop, Smart Phone and Tablet
- Via our website using SystmOnline -a login is required which can be provided by a member of Practice Staff
- Written request – this can be on the printed repeat medication slip or a handwritten request containing your Name and DOB along with the items you would like to request. These can be handed in at the Dispensary or dropped in the Prescription Box on the external wall of the Medical Centre.
- Using your nominated Pharmacy’s managed repeat service (Pharmacy dependant)
- Using our planned request service (for in-house Dispensing patients only) can we put this on the website or not?
We do not take medication requests over the phone, via email or via the online enquiry service.
We ask that you allow 5 working days from your prescription request before attending for collection, including those using our Community Pharmacies.
